As Teenagers, You Gave Your Life to Jesus… So Why Does Nothing Look Different?

As teenagers with purpose, it is important to understand that recieving Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior is not about attending church service alone. It is about a life that reflect who Jesus is in words, attitude and dressing. This is very important for us to know and practice. 

It is a must for you to change the way you make decisions from pleasing your flesh to please Christ. It is a must you change the things you desire to the things that will build your faith in Christ. It is a must you change your manner of approach to how Jesus will function in every situation. Alot of things will change and surely, it won't be automatic. It is going to be a walk from Faith to Faith.

This change is not going to work or happen through ignorance and here is why you need to embrace the studying of the bible. Studying the Bible is to inform you how to function, how to behave, how to make decisions, what to desire, how to recognize the right association and what to accept. You must have a hungry to know God's way and follow his ways in how you function in your day to day reality. 

There must be change and that change is what leads to you growing in Christ, gaining maturity and becoming a witness of Christ to many people. You are saved to save others. Every thing Christ have done for you and done in you must be extended to others through how you life your daily life. Is this going to be easy? No! Is this possible? Yes! This is where you open up to the Help of the Holy Spirit. The Help you need to change into the nature and image of Christ is already available in the Holy Spirit. Don't try to do this by your strength as a teenager. You need a mentor, the Holy Spirit, a Faith believing Church, your bible and a personal relationship with Jesus to enjoy this journey of changing from Faith to Faith into the nature and image of Christ.
