Teenagers, Prayer Is A Lifestyle

Prayer is not just a religious routine—it’s a personal conversation with God, your Father, who cares deeply about every detail of your life. For teenagers navigating school, friendships, emotions, and choices, daily prayer can become a safe place to process it all. It’s more than asking God for things; it’s about sharing your thoughts, listening for His guidance, and allowing His peace to fill your heart. Think of it like talking to your best friend—honest, real, and consistent.

Even five to ten minutes each morning can reset your mood, shift your focus, and help you start your day with a clear mind and a peaceful heart. You don’t need fancy words. Just be real. Whether you're praying silently, whispering, or writing your thoughts in a journal like a letter to God, what matters is your heart. Over time, prayer becomes a habit that helps you stay calm in pressure, kind when it's hard, and strong when you're tempted to quit.

If you're wondering how to grow in this, start simple. Create a personal prayer space—even if it’s just a corner with a notebook and your Bible. Try setting a reminder on your phone or writing out your prayers before bed. Prayer is not about being perfect; it’s about being present. So ask yourself: How can I make my prayer life more consistent and personal? Because in the end, it’s not how long you pray—it’s how close you grow.

Sex and Lust

*Sex & LUST* I need you to understand that LUST is different from SEX. Lust is a desire in the heart to gain a sexual experience with some one. Sex is a decision and action. Your problem is not sex but LUST. Lust is the major challenge of teenagers. If there is no LUST at work, sex won't step in. Lust always shows up in your mind or head as a suggestion. The moment you give it attention, it settles and becomes your master. There is nothing like unplanned sex...or temptation that showed up accidentally. Temptation or rape is an opportunity that met a prepared mind trained or nurtured by LUST. Guard your heart against LUST via Gods Word and it will become easy to deal with the issue of sex. Sex is a choice, a decision and an option or suggestion. It is not a helpless feeling. It's deliberate in nature consciously or unconsciously. The Holy Spirit is aware of your struggle. Come to him un-ashamed. HOPE EXPRESSION celebrates you. # PrinceVictorMatthew

Jesus is the Truth - Part 1

You are welcome to this Revelation.  “I AM THE TRUTH” is the very statement of Jesus Christ about himself. There is a wrong concept about Jesus; Jesus is not here to show you the truth – HE IS THE TRUTH. Jesus is not here to point you to any one – he is here to point you to Himself. In the Gospel of Jesus, don’t try to separate the truth from Jesus. There is no truth without Jesus. Any truth without Jesus is not the truth. You need to understand that we are living with the two concepts. There are two types of truth. We have “truth” - this truth is all about things that please the five senses but disagree with God. The “TRUTH” is divine in nature. Truth is natural in natural. Truth is generally accepted but the truth is accepted through the help of the Holy Spirit. The truth is all about the Father but the truth is all about self desire. The truth produces humility but truth brings pride. Every thing you can see and touch has two version “truth” and “the truth”. ...

Teenager, Who Are You Really?

Have you ever felt like you’re trying to be someone you’re not? Maybe you feel pressured to fit in, to look a certain way, or to meet expectations that don’t align with who you truly are. The world is loud, constantly telling you who you should be, how you should act, and what you should believe. But have you ever stopped to ask, Who does God say I am? 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “If anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” You are not defined by your past mistakes, your insecurities, or the labels people place on you. In Christ, you are made new. Your worth isn’t found in popularity, achievements, or how many people approve of you. Your worth is found in the One who created you. Psalm 139:14 reminds you, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Think about that for a moment. You are not an accident. You are not a mistake. Every part of you—your personality, your gifts, your dreams—was intentionally designed by God....
