Even five to ten minutes each morning can reset your mood, shift your focus, and help you start your day with a clear mind and a peaceful heart. You don’t need fancy words. Just be real. Whether you're praying silently, whispering, or writing your thoughts in a journal like a letter to God, what matters is your heart. Over time, prayer becomes a habit that helps you stay calm in pressure, kind when it's hard, and strong when you're tempted to quit.

If you're wondering how to grow in this, start simple. Create a personal prayer space—even if it’s just a corner with a notebook and your Bible. *Sex & LUST* I need you to understand that LUST is different from SEX. Lust is a desire in the heart to gain a sexual experience with some one. Sex is a decision and action. Your problem is not sex but LUST. Lust is the major challenge of teenagers. If there is no LUST at work, sex won't step in. Lust always shows up in your mind or head as a suggestion. The moment you give it attention, it settles and becomes your master. There is nothing like unplanned sex...or temptation that showed up accidentally. Temptation or rape is an opportunity that met a prepared mind trained or nurtured by LUST. Guard your heart against LUST via Gods Word and it will become easy to deal with the issue of sex.
