Dear teenager, are you truly born again? Don’t just assume that being born into a godly home means you automatically have a relationship with God. The real question is, do you know Jesus for yourself? Do you have a personal revelation of who He is, and do you walk with Him daily? Matthew 16:15 says, "But what about you? Who do you say I am?" It’s important that you answer this question for yourself and not rely only on the faith of your parents or siblings.
Thank God for the faith of your family, but it’s time for you to discover who God is personally in your life. He wants to be more than a name you hear at home—He wants to be your Savior and Friend. Jeremiah 29:13 says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." God is waiting for you to seek Him with sincerity, and He desires to reveal Himself to you in ways that will transform your life.
The Holy Spirit is already ready and waiting to help you understand who God is. You are not too young to experience His presence and grow in your faith. 1 Timothy 4:12 encourages, "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity." God has great things planned for you, and He is calling you to know Him deeply, even at your age.
Be rooted and grounded in Christ, because the foundation you build now will shape your future. Colossians 2:6-7 reminds us, "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness." Make the decision today to grow in your relationship with God, and you will experience His love and guidance like never before.
Hope Expression Values You
