Tips on Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others.

It's the ability of you being sensitive and considerate to your own self and also to other people.

 Emotional Intelligence is you giving attention voice, tone, body language and facial expression of people.

It's in you listening and understanding the voice of silence. SILENCE HAS A VOICE; emotional intelligence can only hear it.

Emotional Intelligence is in you understand the voice behind any attitude displayed. It's you understanding the difference between people's reaction and their real struggle.

It's in you knowing why people do things instead of you being blinded by what they have done.

Emotional intelligence is in your understanding people's motive through what they do and say. It's in you paying attention to "how" people do things.

Emotional intelligence is not a place of presumption or assumption.

It's an intellectual activity through questioning, observation, patience and clarity.

Emotional intelligence is for people with a wide heart and people who are not desperate or greedy.

It's for people with the curiosity to understand and the hunger for healthy relationship with the people around them.

 Emotional Intelligence is you listening to the tone of people's voice. We have different tone of voice. Some tone of voice reveal the following and you must be sensitive to decode.

* Anger.
* Fear.
* Worries
* Doubts.
* Confusion
* Lies
* Being desperate
* Regrets
* Giving up.
Etc

Being sensitive to the tone of voice when people talk to you will help you to understand what they are saying and even understand what they are refusing to say.

Facial Expression also contain lots of non verbal Information just like the tone of the voice does.

Keep practicing and if you are not sure - ask the people question like " are you happy or is there any thing bothering you or are you willing to share what's in your mind?"

These will help you maintain a healthy friendship with people - even in your family or in school or at church

Emotional Intelligence is a daily practice. No body knows it all or have it all or have seen it all.

This is the best I can pen down but not all it stands for. Try and make more research on your own.

Jesus loves you and He is interested in you being sensitive to the people around you.

Teenagers! You Belong to God

Have you ever wondered what it truly means to belong—to be seen, known, and loved without conditions? John 1:12 says, “Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.” Think about that for a moment. The God who created the stars, the oceans, and every heartbeat in the world looked at you and said, “You are Mine.” This isn’t just a title or a label—it’s a privilege. You’re not defined by your mistakes, your past, or even what people think of you. You are defined by God’s love, and that love calls you His child. Isn’t that amazing? But do you see yourself the way God sees you? It’s easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to others, feeling like you’re not enough, or thinking you have to prove your worth. Maybe you’ve had moments where you felt invisible, overlooked, or questioned if you really matter. But what if the truth is that you’ve always mattered—because the One who matters most calls you His own? Imag...
